To be eligible for the LEGO Product Feedback Survey and participate in the monthly drawing, you have to be bound by its official rules and regulations. Like you must
- Be an adult by the law of your jurisdiction. If you are under the age of majority ask an adult to answer the survey on your behalf.
- Buy a LEGO product most recently and retain the box or building instruction to access the survey online.
- Provide your name and email address to take part in the promotion
- Not be an employee of the LEGO Group of Companies, their respective affiliates, subsidiaries, as well as their immediate families or household members.

If you are an eligible individual, you can begin the LEGO Product Feedback Survey online in the following steps. Just keep the respective LEGO product box ready before going to the internet and open a web browser.
- Visit the LEGO Product Feedback Survey URL address from the back of your LEGO building instruction. Or access www.legosurvey.com/Product
- Enter the 4 or 5-digit set number located on the front of your LEGO box close to the age marking or on the side of the box below the logo or the front page of the LEGO Building Instructions. (Place the cursor on the ‘i’ option below the entry field to see the examples.
- Click on the red “Let’s go!” button to begin the survey.
- Fill in the survey questions about LEGO products and your experience with them.
- Once you complete, confirm your consent to the privacy policy and enter your name, email address to be entered into the applicable monthly drawing.
A Few Important Notes on LEGO Product Feedback Survey Sweepstakes:
- The LEGO Product Feedback draw will be conducted in Denmark and will be ruled by Danish law.
- All LEGO customers across the world can participate in this Survey Sweepstakes.
- The eligible participants can enter into the sweepstakes through the online survey one time with one LEGO product number.
- Multiple entries except for the first one using the same product number will not be allowed.
- Each month one potential prize winner will be picked from 1000 entries and will be notified via the email address provided at the end of the survey.
- The prize will be chosen according to the winner’s age as well as the type of set the winner is surveyed for.
