To participate in the M&T Bank Customer Satisfaction Sweepstakes, you must follow the contest rules as given below.
- Be the legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia
- Aged at least 18 years or older at the time of entering the drawing.
- Employees, directors, and agents, and their immediate family members, of M&T Bank, MaritzCX and promotion management center and their associated companies are not allowed to join the program.
- You must visit an M&T Bank branch or an ATM location lately.
- Receive an M&T Bank Customer Satisfaction Survey Invitation from the bank or ATM to enter the sweepstakes via online entry.
- Must complete the survey within 7 days from the receipt date to be eligible for the draw.

By the two ways you can enter the M&T Bank Customer Satisfaction Survey Sweepstakes: Online and By Mail. As an eligible M&T Bank customer, you can choose any one of these two methods. A brief description of these two entry methods is given below to help you out.
Online Entry
For online entry, you must be an M&T Bank’s Customer Satisfaction Survey Invitation recipient and have the receipt with you.
- Go to the M&T Bank’s Customer Satisfaction Survey website, www.mandtbanksurvey.com
- Select one of the two circles to indicate where you received the survey invitation and click “Next”.
- Enter the time of your visit and the 17 digit certificate code in their respective fields if you received your invitation from an M&T Bank employee. To find the time and certificate number, look at the example on the right-hand side.
- The ATM visitors need to enter the date as MM/DD/YY, the time of visit, and the ATM ID number from their transaction receipt. If you do not find those details on your survey invitation, see the sample image next to the entry fields.
- Click on the “Login” button to complete the survey in its entirety.
- Once you are done, follow the instructions on your screen and provide the sweepstakes entry related information as you will be requested.
Mail-In Entry
If you do not wish to utilize the online survey entry or do not have a valid invitation receipt, choose the Alternate Entry Method to join the sweepstakes. To do so, hand-print your name, address, phone number, age, and a valid email address (if available) on a 3” × 5” paper. Then, mail the entry request separately bearing sufficient postage to the following address:

- Each validly completed the M&T Bank Customer Satisfaction Survey and each received Mail-In Entry Submission will get one entry into the applicable sweepstakes period.
- Whether you take an on-line survey or alternate mail-in entry method or a combination of the two, your participation limit is always 2 entries per week.
- A random draw will be held at the end of each quarterly period of entry during the M&T Bank Customer Satisfaction Survey Sweepstakes to select 5 winners.
- Each contestant is eligible to win only one prize.
- The winners receive prize notification by the provided mail, phone, and/or email address.
